SPM
Started in 2012, studied for 5 years at Jit Sin Highschool, a cluster school of excellence in secondary level education. Courses include compulsory courses, additional mathematics, information and communication technology, physics, chemistry, and mandarin. End up getting 8As.
Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science with Honours
I surveyed the seniors in my high school and concluded the Nasional University of Malaysia do offer ICT-related courses with experienced academic staff, as well as richly equipped with all kind of facilities the faculty and I made up my mind to go for it. I was pleased to be able to study at UKM as this university was very underrated by outsiders. I was able to obtain a 3.85 CGPA in semester 5.
STPM
After getting the SPM certificate, I continued my study for the STPM certificate at Jit Sin High School, too, as this school offers an Information and Communication Technology course at the STPM level. I also came from a B40 family which STPM are the most affordable and suitable for me at the time. In the end, I was able to obtain 3.0 CGPA for STPM certificate.
HTML Workshop
My ICT teacher during high school time is very passionate and always invites us to join workshops organized outside of high school. This helped us to get a good head start compared to other high schooler in the coding space.
Languages
Malay, English and Mandarin
Studying in high school, Malay, English, and Mandarin were in my course structure, so I was able to learn about listening, writing, speaking, and also reading. During my STPM study, I also took the MUET examination and was able to obtain a strong band 4 (205 scores). And here I am, able to communicate well with any of the 3 languages.
Co-curriculum
During my Form 6 studies, I participated in organizing a national level event which involves form 6 students from more than 4 states. I was a venue coordination team leader who prepare all the props and venue that will be used in the event. STPM was not easy, this event able to help students who studying form 6 to temporarily relaxes their body and mind to play hard.
I also interested to be a participant which allow me to learn how to be a good follower. This is also during my form 6 studies. which I participated in AIESEC organized Leadership Conference in UUM. This is a very good experience where organizers focuses on empowering young people to make a progressive social impact.
This is also an interesting event that I participated in earlier days. It was also a rare chance for a high schooler to learn something different outside of the school area. INTI was also a well known private college, and we have to chance to learn how things work flexibility on the campus rather than repetitive study
One of the earliest chances I get to be in a leading role. Kadet Bomba dan Penyelamat is one of the 7 discipline uniform body my high school. During my term of office, we were able to have a chance to participate in a district-level marching competition. Unfortunately, we didn't get a prize, but it is indeed a good experience for the uniform body organization, especially its been years since KBP was absent in district level competition
After graduating from STPM level study, I was lucky enough to have the chance to be invited as president of the annually held Jit Sin High School leadership camp. It was pretty hectic since I was doing the part-time job too during the time that. It was the first time for me to be the president of the event joined by at least 300 high schoolers. I wasn't satisfied with my performance at that time, and I learned a lot from it.
This competition was from a national-level training camp held by PRS(Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya) of my high school. This camp was able let me make new friends from other states. Back to this competition, was hosted by Equator College in Penang, teaching the participant of this camp about design, and I was lucky enough to win the competition in designing name tags.
One of the earliest events I participated back when I am on the UKM campus. PTUKM (Pesta Tanglung Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia) was a well known and respected university organization around Malaysia. This organization existed for longer than 40 years until today, with the purpose to promote and preserve Chinese culture. I was truly able to learn a lot of new things as a committee member and open my eyes sight as my first-year student at university.
Volunteer
Community service programs
This was the time i still studying in high school, my school organized a community service program allow students to feel for ourselves what it was like to be a volunteer and helping those in needs.

Blood Donation
This was the first time I was able to do blood donation by following the program organized by my school. This was the time I realized our effortless action could save lives. Since that time, I went for blood donation any chance I have. Up until before the pandemic happened, I was already close to 10 times doing blood donations.
Postscript
